Neuropathy is nerve damage or dysfunction caused by an underlying issue such as a comorbidity such as diabetes, vascular condition, autoimmune condition, traumatic injury, hereditary disease, vitamin deficiency, certain medication, spinal condition, chemotherapy treatment, toxin exposure, alcoholism and many more.

There are over 100 known causes, and for those with unidentifiable causes are referred to as Idiopathic Neuropathy.

There are certain types of Neuropathies that are more easily reversible than others. For example patients that have Neuropathy purely based on a vitamin deficiency over a short time may be able to reverse it on their own by taking supplements. However, if that same patient has other co-factors that contribute to nerve damage, or had waited too long to take action, the nerve damage will cause a downward spiral effect that prevents the body from healing. Other examples, of irreversible damage would be for patients with motor nerve damage of over two years, as the motor endplates will lose the ability to heal in that length of time.

Our Reversal Care program will have two main groups of patients:

1. Patients who are able to reverse their condition with minimal to no maintenance sessions by healing and optimizing their health using medical technology, therapies and tools that heal and support nerve health.

2. Patients who start this program in later stages whose main goal is for symptom management as their medication is no longer able to manage pain and also to avoid risk of amputation (or further amputation).

Patients with certain types of Neuropathy, such as hereditary disorder or autoimmune conditions, may require ongoing treatments to manage their Neuropathy.

Because the cause of Neuropathy can be so different and because each case is so different, an exam is required to determine eligibility for Reversal Care.

Absolutely. Our treatments focus on healing the actual damage. Not just blocking the pain response.

1. While medication may help be effective with reducing pain in the beginning stages of Neuropathy, it is not at all intended to cure the condition. Medication also allows the patient's condition to progress into advanced stages and may even speed up the progression. It's why higher and higher dosages are required to block more pain as the damage becomes more severe and starts to travel up the limb.

2. We have a variety of advanced medical technology, therapy and tools used to heal and reverse nerve damage and support nerve health, depending on the patient's needs. There is no medical treatment that guarantees 100% success.

Not doing anything to address the cause or damage is guaranteed to get worse.

About 80% of our patients notice changes within the first two weeks of care of less pain, tingling, and burning sensation.

However, it’s important to note that patients vary greatly in severity, type, cause, duration, contributing factors, compliance rate and more.

Patients who start later in their stage may have severe damage that is irreversible.

Most of our patients have been Neuropathy-free for many years.

For some patients, Neuropathy can be completely reversed. For others, they may require maintenance treatments to keep their Neuropathy at bay if the cause of their Neuropathy is not able to be addressed.

Our Doctors will perform a reexamination every 90 days during treatment until patients reach stable testing results.

Our main goal is for you to not to rely on lifelong dependency on our treatments like medication and other pain management treatments do.

An in-office would be required for the Doctor to make that determination. Not everyone will be a candidate for the program and patients who start in advanced stages (Stages 3-5) may have irreversible damage.

The Doctor will perform a 16-point nerve exam, x-rays as needed, take a Circulation Thermal scan and speak with you regarding your health history to determine if you qualify for care. During the exam, you will be required to remove your shoes, socks and pull your pant leg over your knee, so we recommend preparing accordingly.

In order to reverse damage and maintain long term success, the main cause of the Neuropathy must be addressed. Because there are many causes and many variations in how patients experience Neuropathy, types of nerves affected, severity, etc the Doctor must see the patient to also determine how the candidate must be treated if treatable.

Medical doctors are trained to render care on a symptom-based healthcare model with prescription medication.

We use medical technology, treatments, therapies, supplementations, nutritional and lifestyle coaching that focuses on optimizing nerve healing and support.

Our Doctors are specifically trained, licensed and in-network with hundreds of physicians across the country that specialize in Reversal Care for Neuropathy. Physicians-including MD’s, neurologists, podiatrists and other chiropractors- that are not in-network with our program do not have access to the program’s proprietary medical equipment.

We accept most major insurance policies including Medicare. Most policies will cover the exams, x-rays and office visit, although this will depend on your policy benefit coverage, deductible and out-of-pocket amounts. Most policies exclude medical home equipment and supplementation, although they are not a part of all Neuropathy treatment plans. Patients may use their HSA, HRA or FSA or Carecredit accounts to cover any of these expenses. A free verification will be provided with your initial visit.

We accept most insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO, Blue Choice, HPN, Highmark, Federal, and more), Medicare, Aetna (PPO and HMO), Cigna, NALC, UHC, and many other major insurances. The following insurance, however, do not have coverage: Medicaid, County Care, BCBS Community Health, TriCare and most HMO insurances.

For patients that have no insurance, have very limited to no coverage, or a high deductible, we have affordable financial options that may start as little as $180/mo depending on the patient’s treatment plan and credit.
