🦶 NEUROPATHY INQUIRIES
What do you do for neuropathy?
We focus on healing nerve damage, not just pain management. Our program combines advanced technology, circulation therapy, and targeted nutrition to restore nerve function.

How do I know if it’s really neuropathy?
We perform a nerve exam to measure damage and show you what’s going on.

Can neuropathy be reversed?
In many cases, yes—if caught before permanent damage sets in.
We’ve seen patients regain feeling, reduce pain, and improve balance and sleep.

Do you treat diabetic, chemo-related, or idiopathic neuropathy?
Yes. We treat many types, including diabetic, chemotherapy-induced, idiopathic, and rare conditions like Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome. What matters most is how much nerve function remains.

How long does the first neuropathy visit take?
About 75 minutes. It includes a nerve exam, circulation thermal scan to check for blood flow, and a set of x-rays if needed. Your report and care plan are reviewed at your second visit.

Do you use medications or injections?
No. Medication and injections are only for pain management which often leads to more nerve damage. Which is why patients lose their balance, muscle control, and have blood pressure problems, and organ dysfunction as neuropathy progresses into advanced stages. Our care is about treating neuropathy before permanent damage.

Is a referral required?
No referral needed. You can schedule directly with us.

What kind of results do people see?
Results vary, but many patients experience less pain, better balance, and improved mobility.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and we recommend it—especially if they help with your health decisions.

What if I live far away or out of state?
We see patients from across the U.S. Depending on the neuropathy, some qualify for home care where medical equipment is delivered directly to your house. However, the initial in-person exam is required for the doctor to make that determination.

What kinds of neuropathy treatment do you offer?
Treatments vary from patient to patient- depending on the neuropathy. However, some treatments we do offer include laser therapy, bi-phasic electrical stimulation, red light therapy, electromagnetic light therapy, oxygen therapy, supplements, and more. Your care is personalized depending on your exam.

What if my neuropathy is advanced?
Even with severe symptoms, we test to see what nerves can still be saved. Early care makes a difference.

What if I’m not sure it’s neuropathy?
That’s why exam is important. The doctor will let you know whether or not it is neuropathy.

What if I’ve already tried everything?
Most of our patients have tried medications and injections without lasting results, because these types of treatments are only to manage pain. What we do is different—it focuses on nerve healing, not symptom masking.

Do you have a closer location?

As of right now, we only have clinics in Naperville and Wheaton, Illinois. However, we see many patients from out of state because they are looking for treatments that will help them to keep walking, and stay independent as long as possible. Pain management treatments such as medication, only makes it slightly easier to get worse, and does nothing to stop or slow down the progression of neuropathy reaching the end stage.

What is the end stage of neuropathy?

Neuropathy has 5 stages: stage 3 is often when patients start to file for disability- especially when it affects at least two limbs, and/or short term memory. Stage 5 is detrimental and patients in this stage usually have many other health complications like: developing ulcers that don't heal, amputation, and complete loss of independence. And it only starts with pain, numbness, burning, and tingling as indicators of nerve damage.

What if I can’t afford care?
We understand. That’s why we work with insurance and offer flexible payment options.
Not treating neuropathy can lead to greater costs later.

What if I don’t have time?
The exam takes about 90 minutes, and we’ll work with your schedule.
Early testing means better outcomes.

Not exactly—but close! Betty’s a real human on our team, and she’s been trying to clone herself because we’re swamped helping patients. We haven’t quite figured out the whole robot-body thing yet (that’s phase two), but for now, she gave me her voice so I could help out with the scheduling part. So while I’m technically AI, I work with the real team—and they read everything. If there’s something I can’t handle, they’ll jump in and take care of you, promise.

Can I speak to the owner or manager?
If this is a sales or solicitation call, we kindly ask to be removed from your list. Otherwise, I’d be happy to take a detailed message.
