SCHEDULING INQUIRIES AND ANSWERS:

Can I schedule just for a massage?

Massage is only available as part of a chiropractic treatment plan determined by the doctor. Since we’re a clinic—not a standalone massage center—new patients need to start with a consultation. If the doctor recommends massage as part of your care, the front desk will help schedule it for a future visit.

I’m a new patient. Can I schedule for a laser and/or a red light therapy appointment?

We require all new patients to schedule in for a consultation before scheduling laser or red light therapy appointments.

I don’t have insurance. How much will my chiropractic visit cost?

For self-pay chiropractic patients, we offer a $79 new patient special. That includes your consultation, exam, and any necessary x-rays—all at one flat rate on your first visit.

Do you offer any weekend appointments?

At the moment we are not open on the weekends, but I’d be happy to get you scheduled for another time that matches your schedule.

NEUROPATHY INQUIRIES AND ANSWERS:

What exactly do you do for Neuropathy?: We focus on healing nerves, not just covering up pain. Our program uses advanced medical technology, targeted nutrition, and therapies that improve blood flow and nerve repair. Most people are shocked to find out their pain meds or creams don’t actually stop the damage—they just mask it, which is why higher dosages are needed to cover up the pain as it gets worse.

How do I know if it’s really Neuropathy?: We run a nerve exam during your visit to see exactly how much nerve damage you have and how far it’s progressed. It’s measurable—and we’ll show you what’s going on so you can decide what’s next.

Can Neuropathy really be reversed?: If caught early, we’ve seen patients regain feeling, reduce pain, improve balance, and even sleep better. The key is to start before the damage becomes permanent. That’s why we’re reaching out now.

Do you treat [diabetic, chemotherapy-induced, idiopathic, etc.] Neuropathy?: Yes, we work with many types—diabetic, chemo-related, idiopathic, even more rare types like Charcot-Marie-Tooth. What matters most is how much nerve function is still left and how far it’s progressed. That’s what the exam helps determine.

How long does the visit take?: Your first visit takes about 75–90 minutes. The doctor will do a full exam, test your blood flow, and gather all the data. Then on your second visit, they’ll walk you through everything—what they found, how we can help, and what it would take.

Is neuropathy care covered by insurance?: Most people have at least some coverage for the first visit. We also have a flat $49 special if your plan doesn’t help much. Once you’re in, we’ll verify your benefits and go over everything clearly on your second visit—no surprises.

Do you use medication or injections?: No—what we do is non-invasive and drug-free. This isn’t pain management—it’s nerve restoration.

Do I need a referral?: Nope! You can book directly with us. In fact, most of our patients come to us because traditional care didn’t give long-term answers.

What kind of results do people usually get?: Every case is different, but many of our patients see big changes in their pain levels, balance, and daily life. What matters is what your nerves are doing—and that’s what we check first.

What if I live far away or out of state?: We actually have patients travel from all over—Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and more—because they’re looking for real solutions. In some cases, if they qualify, we can support them with at-home treatment after their initial in-person exam. That first visit helps us determine if that’s possible. If travel’s not an option, we invite you to follow us on social media for tips and updates—our network is growing, and we may expand near you soon.

What will the doctor do during my first neuropathy visit?

The neuropathy exam helps the doctor measure your sensory loss, check circulation, and understand what’s causing your symptoms. From there, they’ll go over your treatment options—unless the nerve damage has become permanent, which we can often prevent with early care.

What kind of treatment will I do for my neuropathy?

Neuropathy treatments depends on your condition’s severity, stage, and overall health. Options may include High Intensity Laser Therapy, biphasic nerve stimulation, oxygen therapy, electromagnetic red light, medical-grade supplements, nutritional support or other therapies. Some patients qualify for home care which is where medical equipment is shipped directly to patient's homes for treatment. The first step is to come in for the exam so the doctor can personalize your care plan.

Can I bring someone with me?: Absolutely. We recommend bringing anyone involved in your health decisions to both visits. That way everyone’s on the same page.

What if it’s already advanced?: Then you need to act fast. Even if you’ve lost feeling or have balance issues, our testing will show what nerves are still alive—and those can often be saved or improved.

"I’m not sure it’s Neuropathy.": That’s exactly why we test for it. The nerve scan shows how far it’s progressed and how much function can be saved. If it's not Neuropathy, the doctor will let you know.

"I’ve already tried everything.": I hear that a lot. Most people who come to us have tried meds, creams, injections, and still feel stuck. What we do is different—it’s about healing, not hiding symptoms.

"Is this a sales pitch?": Not at all. We don’t pressure anyone into care. This isn’t for everyone—it’s for people who want real answers, not just what’s ‘free’ through insurance. If you’re serious about walking better, staying independent, and finding long-term relief, this visit is the first step to clarity. We’re here to help you make the most informed decision possible.

"It’s probably too late for me.": That’s what a lot of people think—until they see their results. If you’ve still got nerves firing, there’s still something we can do. The sooner you test, the more options you have.

"It’s too expensive.": I get it—healthcare costs can be tough. But the cost of not treating this can be bigger: falls, hospital visits, nursing homes, and losing the ability to provide.  Sometimes we try to save money by neglecting our health but end up paying for a lot more. That’s why we work with insurance and offer affordable payment options for treatment.

"I don’t have time right now.": Totally understand—life is busy. The visit takes about an hour and a half, and we’ll work around your schedule. Just remember: time is what nerve damage steals most. The earlier we test, the better your outcome.
