Valentina, LMT

Valentina has been a certified massage therapist for over 17 years, with certifications in Deep Tissue, Sport Medicine, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3).

 

As a child, Valentina dreamed of dancing. Her dream came true when she attended and received her ballet education from the Institute of Art in Belarus. She started her career as a ballet dancer, later working as a ballet instructor and choreographer. 

 

Dance gave Valentina the opportunity to learn and understand everything about how muscles and ligaments interact. Valentina’s dance career made her transition to massage therapy seamless as she has firsthand knowledge of how to treat pain when overloaded, how to avoid injury and how to permanently treat chronic pain.

 

Valentina graduated from Solex College in 2002 and is a member of American Massage Therapist Association (AMTA).
